Selling to King's Health Partners

Welcome to the King’s Health Partners’ Procurement Portal.

This will provide a single gateway to access procurement opportunities from across the member NHS Foundation Trusts of King’s Health Partners who have a combined spend* of circa £620M per annum.

The member procurement teams are working towards greater collaboration on procurement initiatives and coordinating support to the new Clinical Academic Groups made up of clinical teams from across member NHS Foundation Trusts and King’s College London. We support collaboration across NHS London and participate in Supply Cross River as a way of actively engaging with SMEs.
  • Guy’s & St Thomas’ is acting as London Procurement Programme (LPP) lead for Estates & Facilities and Supply Chain

The member procurement teams will use the Delta e-tendering suite and standardised tender documentation. We will advertise our:
  • above OJEU threshold** contracts on Tenders Electronic Daily (TED), and
  • below threshold contracts on Supply2Gov.
You need to apply to any adverts placed on those sites when published.

We are also working closely with the Supply Cross River Partnership to provide support/awareness of contract opportunities to Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) based in our local boroughs/catchment areas. This scheme also highlights supplier diversity and encourages sustainable procurement.

* Please note that this spend figure is estimated based on Financial Year 2009/10 and excludes salaries paid to employees, but includes Agency spend.

** OJEU Threshold for contracts for Services and/or Supplies is £101K and contracts for Works is £3.9M”
