• Addictions - inpatient, outpatient and community services for drug and alcohol misuse.
• Behavioural disorders - assessment and treatment for people with autism spectrum disorders, such as Asperger's Syndrome, and/or complex mental health needs
• Cancer - a joint cancer centre offering a full range of diagnosis and treatment
• Cardiac services - offering a wide range of medical and surgical interventions
• Child and adolescent mental health - the most comprehensive provision in the UK, for conditions such as eating disorders, traumatic stress and obsessive compulsive disorder
• Critical care services - including one of the largest intensive care units in the UK
• Day-Case surgery - developing innovative techniques for non-invasive surgery as one of four UK Centres of Excellence
• Dental - the jointly managed Dental Institute, incorporating the largest dental school in the Europe
• Dermatology - home to the St John's Institute
• Eating disorders - inpatient and day care at the Bethlem Royal Hospital, and outpatient services at the Bethlem, Maudsley and Guy's Hospitals
• Fetal medicine - home to the internationally renowned Harris Birthright Research Centre
• Genetics and twins research - including the largest twins registry in the UK
• Heamato-oncology - including highly specialist stem cell and bone marrow transplants
• Liver - hosting the largest liver transplant centre in Europe and the UK Institute of Liver Studies
• Lupus - in a unit established by Professor Graham Hughes
• Neurosciences - the only single-site neurosciences centre in London
• Perinatal care - inpatient and outreach care for women experiencing mental illness following childbirth
• Psychosis - inpatient care for people with treatment resistant psychosis
• Renal - including the largest living donor service in the UK
• Specialist respiratory services - including the Lane Fox Unit
• Stroke - specialist stroke services
• Thoracic surgery
• Trauma - major trauma centre
• Urology - including a rapid access/one-stop clinic
