The Programme Office
The King’s Health Partners Programme Office is responsible for managing and co-ordinating the work of King’s Health Partners. The Programme Office reports directly into the Executive Team and consists of the following members:
- Sarah Brett - Senior Project Manager for Human Resources (HR) and Infrastructure
Sarah is responsible for the development of integrated workforce systems across the partner organisations, together with achieving synergy and overarching consistency of approach in such areas as recruitment and HR policy. Sarah works closely on the setting up of structures for King’s Health Partners and providing support to the HR aspects of establishing Clinical Academic Groups (CAGs) and associated appointments processes. Sarah also supports the project management of other infrastructure projects such as IT, Finance, Organisational Development and Estates. - Rachael Jarvis - Education Academy Administration Manager
Works closely with Professor Anne Greenough, Director of Education and Training, on projects within the Education Academy cross cutting themes. Rachael’s role is also working on tying together education delivery across the partner organisations of King’s Health Partners. - Clair McInally & Kami Paulson - Senior Communications Officers
Clair and Kami, working with the partner communications teams, provide a marketing communications function for King’s Health Partners, producing all marketing and communications materials, event management, digital and online communications and brand management.
The CAG Development Team
The CAG development team consisting of honorary executive team members is responsible the establisment of CAGs across King’s Health Partners.
- Dr Richard Beale (Acute) & Shitij Kapur (Mental Health) - CAG Development Lead
Richard and Shitij who are honorary members of the King’s Health Partners Executive Team, work alongside the Executive Team and with the CAG Project Manager, to deliver the agreed work plan for the development of CAGs . They also work closely with the Task Force of operational leads in partner organisations and with the King’s Health Partners Advisory Group to ensure that CAGs are established within agreed operational parameters. - Tony Johnston - CAG Development Project Manager
Tony provides support to the CAG development leads in the implementation of CAGs accross the partners. - Chris Fry - CAG Development Administrator
Chris provides adminstrative support to the CAG development team.
