This year, we had an impressive number of outstanding nominations from a variety of individuals and organisations across Lambeth. We are extremely proud of the excellent work that goes on in our borough – including the work of our dedicated unpaid carers. As part of the CCG’s mission to join up health and care services across the borough through ‘Lambeth Together’, there was a particular focus on collaborative working and joined-up care. Many of the awards celebrated teams and individuals who work exceptionally well together to improve outcomes for Lambeth people.
