Study supports link between traffic-related air pollution and mental disorders 

Researchers at King’s College London, Imperial College London and University of Leicester have found the first UK evidence that adults exposed to high levels of traffic-related air pollution are more likely to experience mental disorders. The study was recently covered by The Guardian

Black History Month coverage 

The Nursing Times and Southwark News highlighted the story of Kofoworola Abeni Pratt, the first black nurse to work in the NHS whose career is inspiring nurses at Guy’s and St Thomas’ today. This followed on from Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust's press release as part of Black History Month and previous coverage from ITV London News and The Voice online.

Boy, six wins Pride of Britain Award from heroes Ant and Dec

BBC Breakfast, BBC News at One, ITV London News and Good Morning Britain spoke to six-year-old Tony Hudgell about being awarded a Pride of Britain award. He has raised £1.5 million for Evelina London Children’s Hospital, which saved his life when he was a baby. Tony’s award was also reported by The Daily Mirror, I News, Metro and Daily Star.
