King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust launches new five-year strategy

King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust’s 2021 -2026 strategy: Strong Roots, Global Reach, aims to deliver excellence in its hospitals, build roots in the local community, and provide access to world-leading specialist services and cutting-edge research.

Kch strategy coverDesigned with the input of more than 4,500 staff, patients and partners from across King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, King’s College London and King’s Health Partners, the strategy outlines the Trust’s plans to:

  • Have brilliant staff - attract, retain and develop passionate and talented people, creating an environment where they can thrive.
  • Provide outstanding care - deliver excellent health outcomes for patients, ensuring they always feel safe, cared for and listened to.
  • Be leaders in research, innovation and education - providing the best teaching, and bringing new treatments and technologies to patients.
  • Have diversity, equality and inclusion at the heart of everything we do - proudly champion diversity and inclusion at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, and act decisively to deliver more equitable experiences and outcomes for our patients and people.
