Sarah Garrity

Sarah works with the four partner organisations to bring consistency of approach to HR processes and to provide new, innovative and improved approaches to service delivery. Her work includes the development of workforce infrastructure and integrated systems to support both the KHP Programme Delivery Office, Clinical Academic Groups and the overarching themes within King’s Health Partners.

As Health and Wellbeing lead for King’s Health Partners, Sarah works collaboratively with the partner Health and Wellbeing Leads to drive improvements in staff health and wellbeing, with a focus on the underlying premise that healthier, happier and motivated staff will deliver safer and higher quality care.

Sarah has over 25 years of NHS experience in HR, many of which have been spent in various HR leadership roles at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
