Professor Matthew Hotopf is Academic Director of the Mind & Body Programme at King’s Health Partners.
Prof Hotopf is Vice Dean of Research at the Institute of Psychiatry Psychology and Neuroscience, King’s College London. He is a Professor of General Hospital Psychiatry, a consultant liaison psychiatrist and is also Director of The National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC). His main area of research is in the grey area between medicine and psychiatry, exploring the interaction between mental and physical health.
