Funding support

The King’s Health Partners staff development fund is open to anyone employed across the partnership and designed to help eligible individuals meet the cost of professional development opportunities, such as attending conferences or undertaking short courses.

Clinician Innovators Programme

The King’s Health Partners Clinician Innovators Programme (CLIP) brings together clinicians and engineering students to design, develop and deliver affordable, innovative technologies to improve healthcare outcomes for patients locally and globally. Find out more.

Executive Fellowship in Surgical Leadership

King’s Health Partners Academic Surgery is offering a full-year executive fellowship programme which aims to teach leadership as the process of implementing positive change in dynamic, volatile or complex environments. Find out more.

Integrated Academic Training programme

The Integrated Academic Training (IAT) programme allows clinicians in specialist training to develop academic skills at a world-class university in partnership with three leading NHS Foundation Trusts. Trainees are recruited into two programmes – one for Academic Clinical Fellows (ACFs) and one for Clinical Lecturers (CLs). A cornerstone of the programme is a dedicated course aimed at developing skills Applied Research Methods. The course days run biannually throughout the trainees’ tenures.
