Life Lines provides 4G enabled tablets with pre-installed software to ICUs across the UK so that clinical teams can offer virtual visits to families isolated from their loved ones.
The Life Lines project provides the tools and support that clinical teams need to quickly and easily set up virtual visits. These visits give families the opportunity to connect with loved ones in ICU and ask clinical teams any questions they may have.
We offer a range of support to help clinical teams set up and use the Life Lines devices and aTouchAway™ app. Through our e-learning course, written guidance and email assistance we hope to make virtual visiting as simple as possible for staff.
This short module includes a checklist and demo to help you prepare for your first virtual visit.
