Drawing on the experience of primary care professionals working in the community and colleagues within secondary care, the team is focused on facilitating ways for colleagues to connect and share learning, to deliver better outcomes for our diverse local populations.

Every six weeks the team holds free webinars that feature healthcare professionals discussing a variety of important topics. For more information on the latest Primary Care events, click here.
