South east London faces significant population health challenges, some of which are common to urban locations and some of which are unique to our area.
Improving urban population health is a key theme of our new five-year plan – 'Delivering better health for all through high impact innovation'.
Together with the South East London Integrated Care System (ICS), we have launched the South East London Coalition for Better Health and Equity. The coalition will work across organisations and communities to improve physical and mental health outcomes and wellbeing of our population while reducing health inequalities.
