Are you planning or rolling out a new service or intervention - how will you know it has improved care for all?
Evaluation is essential to every service improvement initiative. It helps teams learn, adapt, and build evidence for what works for patients and communities in real-world healthcare settings.
Introducing the South London Evaluation Advice Clinic
Hosted by King's Health Partners and Health Innovation Network South London. The South London Evaluation Advice Clinic provides timely, pragmatic support to help frontline health and care teams plan proportionate evaluations and measure what matters.
We can support you with
- Engaging stakeholders and planning implementation;
- Designing outcome measures and evaluation frameworks;
- Identifying data sources and collection methods;
- Considering cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
How the process works
Stage 1: Initial Consultation (30 minutes). Once you submit this form, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a 30-minute triage session with one of our evaluation advisors. This session is an opportunity to explore your project, clarify your evaluation questions, and identify the type of support you might benefit from.
Stage 2: Tailored Evaluation Advice (45 minutes). Following the initial consultation, your advisor will prepare tailored advice based on your needs. They will then get in touch to schedule a 45-minute follow-up session to talk through the recommendations with you.
Who is the South London Evaluation Advice Clinic for?
Open to all in South London NHS, social care, and VCSE sectors - we particularly welcome enquiries from in place-based settings, primary, and community care.
Please complete the short form and a member of the team will get back to you
