Resources for patients, service users and the public
There are a range of self-help materials and resources available for patients across our partnership. Below are self-help materials created by the IMPARTS (Integrating Mental & Physical healthcare: Research, Training and Services) team, tailored to specific physical health conditions, for patient use.
These materials are available to download for free, however it is helpful for us to know where they are being used. Please do complete the self-help materials feedback form to let us know your views.
